Deposit for May 2023 Kyoto Trip

Paying the deposit reserves a slot on our May 2023 Kyoto Tour. Your reservation will be finalized after a chat with Nancy - she'll contact you to arrange a time after your deposit is received.

The total trip cost is $4900 (excludes airfare). The $4400 balance is due by check or money order (no online payments), split into two payments of $2200 each, by February 15, 2023 and March 30, 2023.

REFUND POLICY: Since time is shorter than six months, our refund policy is adapted to a five month schedule as follows:
75% back for cancellations made before 2/13/22
50% back for cancellations made before 3/13/22
25% back for cancellations made before 4/13/22
Participants are expected to get traveler's insurance.
