This listing is for a black silk, semi-formal, traditional Japanese haori jacket, meant to be layered on top of a kimono. These make great evening jackets for a party, exhibition, or any special event.

This haori features two embroidered waterwheel designs in a dark pink (darker than it appears in the photos). A large one appears across the lower back and a smaller one appears at the left front panel so that the wearer can enjoy the design as much as those standing behind. We love the stylized water "buckets" - which are square - that extend beyond the wheel.

Swirling and cresting waves trail below the wheel, along with streamside florals.

Pink floral lining. Glold embroidered paulownia crest at the neck.
