This listing is for a scarf made from vintage Japanese kimono fabric.

One side features a pattern of tumbling blossoms and "X" shapes against a black background. The colors are soft pastels - blues, greens and yellow - and the elements have a delicate crackle that comes from the rozome (wax resist) process. Slightly crepe texture silk.

The other side is a rich dark brick color silk with a slightly raised velveteen floral grid pattern.
