Adopt these rescued treasures to add a unique Asian accent to your home or office décor. The textiles in this display piece were salvaged from vintage Japanese garments that were no longer wearable or displayable in their original form.

“Kasuri Pair” is a set of cotton kasuri fabrics arranged against pieces of cotton obi linings. Each narrow indigo piece is folded or wrapped in what we hope is an artistic arrangement. Even after washing, there are signs of age on both indigo pieces, which we feel just confirms their age and history of use. Two small hangings that recall the rural life in Japan and provide a rustic, wabi-sabi element to your decor.

Each piece is hung from a single chopstick and includes two vintage haori himo ties with loops that can be hooked over a decorative nail or picture hanger (not included) or connected with cording or ribbon and hung over a single hook.
