This listing is for a large scale, soft cover book of tsujigahana and shibori kimono by the legendary artisan Itchiku Kubota.Published in 1984.

It is a large-format (14"x10") book with an onionskin paper covering that includes over 40 pages of images - full kimono as well as many amazing close ups of his work.

We also included the 10-panel pull-out of Kubota's famous "continuous landscape" kimono.

There are introduction essays in English.
