This listing is for a summer, semi-sheer version of the traditional Japanese haori jacket, meant to be layered on top of a kimono.

This summer haori features a fishnet-style weave with silver threads woven in to catch the light and create a sparkling effect. (The silver is more visible on the inside, see second photo.)

The lightweight, open weave allows air to pass through the layers as a way to cool the wearer on Japan's warm summer days. These haori are nearly sheer so you can see the kimono (or bathing suit, or sleeveless summer dress) that you're wearing underneath.

Made from a soft polyester or perhaps a silk blend - comfy to wear.
