This listing is for a woman's vintage Japanese summer cotton kimono - called a yukata. They are casual, unlined, and worn for summer festivals or as casual robes inside the home. They're also often offered to guests in Japanese inns and hotels.

This yukata is a soft purple cotton with two layers of patterning - a black stenciled floral design behind a soft yellow and white floating floral. Seems tropical - even Hawaiian? - to us.
