This listing is for a set of two items: (1) an obiage (the scarf-like tie that peeks out at the top of a formally-tied obi) and (2) a complimenting obijime (the long, thin cording that goes around the center of the obi as the final, finishing touch).

No obi? Wearing the obiage as a scarf and obijime as a complimenting belt can add a Japanique accent to your look!

The obiage in this set is a Japanese red (with an orange tint) with thousands of white shibori dots creating the pattern. The center area is covered edge-to-edge with shibori dots and at each end the pattern shifts to create two cranes in flight over a pine tree. Beautifully done.

The obijime in this set is a plain, white, puffy tie with just a few silk threads at each end instead of tassels.
