International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
	We ship to most countries. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, email us to see if we can make some arrangement.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
	Return Policy We accept returns on any non-custom-made* item for any reason AS LONG AS we receive the item(s) back within ten days of our shipping it to you, or it is postmarked within seven days of your receipt of it. We will gladly make an exchange or refund the full purchase price. We can extend the return policy for holiday or birthday gifts if this is arranged by email before the order is placed. Sorry, but: We refund only the item price unless your order did not arrive as described on the website and the item is returned within the ten day return policy guideline as shown above. We can't accept partial returns on sets or bundles. Returns that arrive after the ten-day time frame may be exchanged or refunded minus a restocking fee of 10% for each day beyond the ten day return policy period. We appreciate getting an email from you in advance if you are going to return an item, and we always appreciate feedback as to why the item is being returned. *For custom-made kimonos, haori or hakama, as well as for specialty items purchased exclusively for you, returns can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
