VINTAGE KIMONO FOR BRIDE AND GROOM, PLUS GIFT IDEAS FOR THE WEDDING PARTY
Traditional vintage wedding kimono come in three styles - uchikake, kakeshita and shiromuku - and we usually carry all three whenever we can find them. They not only add a dazzling dash of color to the ceremony or reception, but can also be a keepsake for display in the home and an heirloom for the next generation. While the bride wears color, the groom traditionally wears a kimono, hakama and haori combination in black or other somber colors. Below you'll also find our suggestions for Japanese-themed gifts for the men and women in the bridal party.
