When we take apart damaged kimono and haori to re-purpose the fabric we accumulate a pile of synthetic linings that we don't offer for sale (because most people want silk).

These fabrics are good quality - might have a small blemish but usually not even that. They can be dyed with commercial (i.e., RIT) dyes, but usually will only take on a pastel color even if the dye is strong.

Linings from haori jackets are likely to have patterns or a second color, and the shape is not square - see photo. The amount in one pound is shown in the first photo.
