"Shibori Leaves" Set of Vintage Kimono Sleeves
This set of three vintage Japanese kimono sleeves were salvaged from kimono or haori that were too damaged to sell for wearing or display.
Great combination of color and design!
Sleeve #1 is an overall kaneko shibori dot pattern on burgundy with a single two-leaf design. Silk. Some blemishes.
Sleeve #2 is a deep wine-to-pink ombre with a leaf pattern created with shibori dots. Silk. Some blemishes.
Sleeve #3 is an abstract, angled design in kaneko shibori on burgundy. Silk.
Where do they come from? We deconstruct damaged, plain or just-too-funky-to-wear garments and use most of that fabric for our Japanique Boutique line of gift and accessories, but we save the sleeves for you!
Each sleeve length varies from 14"-24" but open the seam to double that length. See photos for size of each sleeve. Most are lined (bonus fabric!).
