Click on the amounts that will add up to the total order amount (including shipping, which should be estimated for you before ordering).
Be sure to provide details of the order in the box below.
You may have to click several amounts to reach the desired total. For example, for a $165 total:
-> Click $100 and ADD TO CART. This will put a $100 item in your shopping cart.
-> From the shopping cart, click CONTINUE SHOPPING to return to this page.
-> Click $65 and then enter the order details in the box
-> Then click the ADD TO CART button. Your shopping card will now add up to $165.
Choose the appropriate shipping method at $0 cost. (Note: items will be sent USPS unless another method was agreed upon in advance.)
