"Kinkakuji" Man's HaoriSemi-formal man's silk kimono jacket (haori) without any crests. Shown with lining side out, revealing a glorious painted boat with wonderful detail on the sails and more. Framed by a deep, rich Sea of Japan blue. There are three small holes at the shoulder, but the fabric is otherwise sturdy and the jacket is still quite wearable, though of course better to display the artwork! The outer fabric is a plain brown silk.
"Satin Florals" Man's HaoriUnderstated and seemingly simple, this elegant black silk kimono jacket is the tuxedo jacket of Japan. Smooth and luxurious black silk outside, pristine white silk lining with no design. Five family crests on the outside, all of which were covered with sewn pieces of washi paper - we removed all but the one on the right sleeve.
