The Obi Vest ($100-$150)
Custom made to compliment the color and style of the bride's kimono and created using the vintage obi (sashes). Choose a single or double obi panel version with black brushed cotton for the back and lining. Several vests can be made from a single obi, or choose a different fabric for each groomsman and match it with the sash for his bridesmaid. Custom made to fit the man.

The Cummerbund ($50) with matching bowtie ($75 for the set)
Custom made to compliment the color and style of the bride's kimono and created using the vintage obi. We can make several from a single obi, along with a bowtie to match. Or choose a different fabric for each groomsman and match it with the sash for his bridesmaid. Custom made to fit the man.

Haori Jackets for Groom and Groomsmen ($250-$350)
The tuxedo of kimono jackets is also available for the groomsmen - a formal black jacket, each with a different family crest (three across the back, one on each front shoulder). It can be worn with western style black pants or with the traditional hakama pants. The lining on the inside of the jacket would be elaborate and one of a kind; wear the crested side for the ceremony and flip the jackets to wear the lining side out for the reception. They are reversible and each is unique on the inside. Pricing depends on the design - hand painted, stenciled or brocaded versions are available. Custom made versions are available for larger men.

Neckties ($65-$150)
For just a touch of Japan, add an exotic Eastern accent to the western tuxes and suitcoats with an elegant necktie completely pieced from vintage kimono fabrics. We can create a series of unique ties - a slightly different design for each man - using a set of fabrics that compliment your wedding colors. Traditional Groom's Attire ($550-$750)
For the full Japanese effect, the groom wears a full black, formal silk kimono and underkimono (both with obi sashes), then a pair of striped hakama pants, and finally a black formal haori jacket. This six piece ensemble is truly the tuxedo of kimonos and can be the monochrome contrast to the bride's elegant and elaborate kimono. Options that will keep the rest of the bridal party and family in step with the bride and groom include formal kimonos of their own (see the often-changing website listings or choose a custom made version available for larger men.

Casual Kimono Shirt ($150)
For a lighter touch of Japan, a tropical destination wedding, for the rehearsal dinner or even as a gift for the men, these aloha-style shirts are custom made from kimono fabrics. The focus image on the back and design touches at the pocket and sleeve create a balanced look to this elegant shirt. A wide range of fabrics available to compliment your wedding colors.
