We accept any non-custom*
item back for any reason AS LONG AS we receive the item(s) back
within ten days of our shipping it to you, or it is postmarked within seven days of your receipt of it. We will gladly make
an exchange or refund the full purchase price.
Sorry, but:
We don't refund shipping costs unless the item does not arrive as described.
We can't accept partial returns on sets or bundles.We would consider accepting a return after the ten-day time frame on a case-by-case basis, minus a restocking fee. Email us. We appreciate
getting an email from you in advance if you are going to return
an item. And we always appreciate feedback as to why the item
is being returned.
*For custom-made kimonos, haori or hakama, as well as for specialty
items purchased exclusively for a customer, returns can be negotiated
on a case-by-case basis.
