We don't throw anything away when we're deconstructing a damaged kimono. These long, thin cotton pieces were salvaged from vintage kimono collars.

This listing is for one pound of these 100% vintage cotton remnants. The number of pieces, condition, the length and width of each, and the color will vary from one piece to another, but they can be dyed to suit your project.

The lengths are generally two yards or longer, and the widths can be 2 - 8 inches, which seems useful for rag weavers looking for rustic, vintage cottons.

Each bundle is determined by weight, but on average there would be between 13 - 18 different pieces per bundle.

These cotton pieces are so great for over dyeing. See the last photo as an example of ones we dyed.
